These Terms govern your use of the Glow Skin app ("Glow Skin", "we", "us"). By using Glow Skin you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Cosmetic information, not medical advice

Glow Skin analyses cosmetic products and skin/hair using automated AI and public ingredient data. All scores, verdicts, analyses, and recommendations are for general cosmetic and informational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always patch-test products and consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glow Skin. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.

Subscriptions & billing

• Glow Skin offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly plans). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Glow Skin, including reverse-engineering it, disrupting its operation, scraping its data, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Glow Skin and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Glow Skin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for reactions to products you use. Your use of any product is at your own risk.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the app, and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
